Elena has been integral in the company’s growth since launching in 2009. A pioneer in the industry, Elena was featured in Home Energy Magazine’s “Thirty Under 30” issue, is a founding board member of the Building Performance Association, and has helped her company receive the ENERGY STAR Century Club Award annually since 2013.
