This week on the Building Better People podcast, we have none other than the goat of CrossFit, Rich Froning himself. This interview was recorded at the 2022 BCS Classic just this past week. Rich is interviewed by Will Lewis, senior pastor at Brazos Fellowship, and he shares a bit about his faith and fitness journeys. Like many of us, Rich tells us that prior to 2010, he would have called himself a Christian, but he definitely was not living life the way a Christian should.

After receiving some mentorship and wise council from close friends, he started really reading the Bible and taking to heart what Jesus says about how we should live our lives.
