When I was at the Italian Cataract & Refractive surgery meeting (Associazione Italiana di Chirurgia della Cataratta e Refrattiva), I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Miguel Rechichi and I enjoyed the conversation so much that I invited him to be on our podcast to share his experiences with everyone. He has an amazing enthusiasm for learning and now, as an experienced cataract and anterior segment surgeon, he is learning retina and posterior segment surgery as well. He explains his drive to keep learning and progressing with surgical skills which is something we all need to embrace.
