Regardless of yes or no to wanting to be vegan, this episode will provide plenty of nutritional takeaways. This episode is not an assault/ exploration of your own morality/ ethical viewpoints but simply a guide of actionable steps to take if you were to decide to dip your toe into the world of veganism/ plant based. Bill has been a vegan for 3+ years and Tom is NOT a vegan. No echo chambers here guys so a balanced discussion.

We use our knowledge of behaviour change and own experiences to guide you through the most appropriate way of becoming a vegan if that is your wish. Spoiler alert: it will probably take a while if you want it to last and not have an health issues along the way!

We also discuss panic buying carrots, smoking aubergines (eggplant) and eating animals that have committed crimes. So don't worry plenty of chaos to keep you entertained if you have no wish of becoming vegan.
