A pioneer and innovator in advanced deployments of Citrix, Virtualization, and Cloud technologies, he has been awarded a number of industry recognitions including Citrix CTP Fellow. He is a popular industry conference speaker, community advocate, and the founder of the EUC Unplugged conference.

Doug was honored as Citrix's SE of the Year in 2002, received the Microsoft MVP award from 2005 to 2016, and earned the Citrix CTP and VMware vEXPERT titles. A regular speaker at industry events, he has been an active author for two decades.
Mr. Brown was awarded a US Patent relating to "social content management," US#8903912.
