Born April 3rd, 1979 in Jacksonville North Carolina, Ira was often misunderstood by family members, friends and classmates. His elementary school teachers learned of his unusual patterns of processing information and his struggle to stay focused. His variations compared to others quickly became the birth of an outcast.
