Please join Denise Bolds, certified birth doula and her special guest: Ajamu James Ayinde, M.A., A.C.H. Ajamu is a Certified Medical Hypnotherapist and Master Mental Coach. Although certified as a hypnotherapist in 1995, he is a lifelong student of altered states healing. His mother used self-hypnosis to facilitate his birth in 1968. Ajamu developed his own program of hypnotic childbirth preparation in 2002 and has taught it across the country at hypnotherapy conferences. Ajamu is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Trainer. He holds a BA in Asian Studies emphasizing Performing Arts and Multicultural Education. His MA in Motivational Psychology was focused on the mental skills training of professional athletes and Olympians.
