A new year for opportunity, possibility...with everything INCLUDING your health! This year we want to be more intentional. A recent post first theres an intention...then there's a behaviour...then, it becomes a habit...then, a practice...then second nature...then, it's simply WHO YOU ARE.

So let's talk 'INTENTIONS". How will you be intentional? Will those intentions be in how you feed your body? How you treat your body? How you treat you mental health? There are so many aspects to our lives we could go in many directions. For now, lets just choose ONE. One new step...one new mouthful...
