Black mould - scourge of our homes & health!
It's been a while since I came out with a podcast episode as I have been very sick for the best part of this year with mycotoxin poisoning from black mould exposure at a previous property that I lived at.
Due to my vocation I would consider myself in great shape healthwise however exposure to toxic mould spores due a to a damp issue from a broken roof rendered me incapacitated for months & at points unable to work - for the wrong person with the wrong underlying health condition the results could be catastrophic.
Some of the symptoms I was experiencing; Streaming from the eyes & nose, unable to sleep, body in permenant fight or flight response, asthma from when I was a child returned a full body rash appeared & struggles with chronic fatigue emerged.
I used the time to embrace the 4 Doctor principles I teach in order to heal & detoxify from the mould however there is still a ways to go although very happy to be out of the worst of things & getting back to normality!
My intention for this podcast is for it to reach those who may be suffering from mould toxicity & may not know why they are getting sick - If one person can avoid the experience I went through then the episode has done it's job!
