Mark Brown; The appeal of extreme challenges and new tech

This week we got to speak to Mark Brown who is aiming to race the Celtman (and extreme Triathlon with a swim in a frigid loch, a devilishly hilly ride and a run up a mountain (or Ben or whatever they're called!). The reasons behind wanting to do this and how it helps his training and racing mindset. We also touched on technology and some of the new ideas coming out. Do we have to beware of jump in with reckless abandon?!
