Holly used to work under Sophia when she was just starting her practice. Holly said she took Sophia's advice, made diet and lifestyle changes and worked on reducing her stress which resulted in her conceiving her son.

Holly used to lift weights which was rewarding at the time but not supporting her fertility goals. After giving up weightlifting, taking care of her gut health and reducing her stress by switching jobs she was ready to start her trying to conceive journey.
