We all want to do a good job. For many of us the words from Matthew 25:23 are a driving force. We want to hear “Well done, good and faithful servant.” We want to show up well for those we love and those we serve in our businesses, but sometimes what we think is a spirit of excellence and professionalism is really just perfectionism in disguise.
