For several months I've been keeping in touch with him, also giving him a Selling Guide a week ago. Today he called me asking me my fees and marketing, mentioning he has 3 agent choices to go with and asked me to email him my fees marketing etc. He replied my email saying will have an answer by end of week. My question is: what can I do to secure the listing?

Forgot to mention in this discussion, that given the focus I put on your PERSONAL brand, ie your name and likeness, this subject of your corporate brand isn't the highest priority regardless. So just get something you're happy with and let's get to work on the important stuff !!

My response to the couple of agents who told Naomi they were going to wait to pull the trigger on improving their business (in a variety of ways) and just waiting out this period which they suggest is a little less than ideal. (Since when is it ideal anyway??)…
