Nick Martin sits down at the Lakeside Studio for today's episode and we have a stoic conversation about gaining traction from the lessons learned, during not only our service, but in every challenge we face in life. Nick came from humble beginnings, but he was guided by a Mother who worked hard to provide, this early lesson was not lost on him. Examples of service were all around him growing up, living near Ft. Benning, GA, so it was no surprise that he would join to serve.
Nick went from an enlisted Airborne Ranger, to West Point Cadet, and then to Intelligence Officer. He has run the gauntlet of embracing the suck, flawlessly engaged, and fully understood. Nick is a people person, he applies learned leadership skills to his position now. His achieved goal during his own transition has been a "Re-Branding" of military skills to civilian enhancement skills.
