Jim Harshaw is a TEDx Speaker, performance coach, former Division I All American wrestler and former Division I head coach. It took him 16 years to become an All American and he failed many times, often not just with a bruised ego but blood on his face. At age 26, I found myself as the youngest Division I head coach in the country.
He talks to Ed Andrew about success through failure. He has spent his life surrounded by elite performers – Olympians, CEOs, and millionaires. They’ve all struggled and failed on their way to success. His mission is help people find success through the many adventures they have had before.
