In this introductory episode, your host, Alice Attlee-Grant, introduces 'I Don't Know How You Do It': a podcast that gets past the outward appearance of successful individuals to understand the work, the challenges and the mindset that makes doing amazing things possible.
Alice discusses how the podcast came about, and introduces herself and the (tiny!) team behind 'I Don't Know How You Do It'. She also talks about the format for the upcoming interviews and reflections episode, as well as what she hopes the episodes will give to those who listen.
She says: "Maybe, then, the interviews you are about to listen to could be seen as campfire stories, told in the spirit of sharing knowledge, of explaining things, and bringing people into the circle.
This is really what I hope this podcast can do for those who listen: to bring people in, to break down the idea that anyone is actually ‘nailing it’, or has got everything completely figured out. "
