If You're Happy, Do You Know It?

This week, Comedian, TV personality and all together super-lovely-dude Joel Dommett joins Al in the podcast arena for a frank ole chat on happiness and what it all means. Joel, interestingly finds himself acutely aware of when he is unhappy, but doesn't necessarily notice when he IS happy, suggesting perhaps that he, more often than not, is. Joel extols the virtues of keeping a healthy physical body and how he feels this directly impacts his mental health as well. The two reminisce about their similar scholarly upbringings and Joel's really nice to Al, which is inspirational.
