I’m so excited to share this episode where I sat down and talked to one of my best friends Ella. From winning her National 400m final in 2018 to dealing with years of major setbacks including diagnosis of illness and injuries, Ella has shown incredible resilience and strength. We talked about all things from athletics, why she loves the 400m, her favourite training sessions, her experience dealing her medical condition and how she has grown as a person from her experience.
