Ever felt bogged down by a jam-packed calendar, with calls every day dragging you down? If you’re constantly packing your calendar and taking calls every day, there’s a good chance you’re hindering your business’s growth.
One of the most powerful levers for business growth is optimization and efficiency. As I examined my business and growth patterns, I realized that a packed calendar and constant client calls were the culprit of draining my energy and slowing my progress. Once I started viewing my calendar as a powerful asset (and helping my clients do the same), my business growth and energy totally changed.
Today I only schedule calls for maybe two days a week, and ideally just one. If you’re reading this and thinking it sounds impossible, this episode is for you!
