CNN / June 30, 2023 In the last days of its term, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned affirmative action as a college admissions metric, struck down President Biden's student loan forgiveness/payoff program, and upheld religious liberty by upholding the right of a Christian business person to refuse a client. In other words the constitution does not uphold a right to compel someone to speak, embrace and uphold or propagate thoughts and ideas that are against a person’s deeply held religions beliefs.
