The change that comes by transforming the people you are leading takes time and follows a natural course, which should not be compromised because of the urgency to see the result.
It is like wanting a woman to be delivered of her baby before her due date because of the urgency to have a baby. However, you just have to wait for nine months to elapse because there is time for everything.
