About our guest - Garcia’s personal mission is to lead others in transforming their survival of Domestic Violence (DV) into Post Traumatic Growth. Sharing her personal testimony has empowered Garcia to teach her powerful combination of Situational Awareness and Emotional Intelligence to her clients; guiding them to take control of their lives.
Garcia has dedicated her life to developing transformational programs, various forms of coaching, life-long learning through various certification courses and establishing a nonprofit to help victims of domestic violence. Her commitment is to provide lifelong transformational habits to restore a powerful internal sense of control. Garcia learned that extreme independence is a trauma driven response and a natural one which can be defeated through focused, self-awareness and intentional control.
Garcia thanks for dedicating your life to help others and thanks for having the courage to endure all you have and then share that pain with others – with the hope and belief you can guide a victim to a new life. Garcia, welcome to the show.
