As we emerge from lockdown and into a "new normal", many people I’ve been speaking with have been reflecting on the whole experience. On the "ups" as well as the "downs".
Yes, the social cost, and the loss of life, from the coronavirus pandemic has been high.
At the same time, many people have discovered - or re-discovered - important pleasures in life.
In this episode, I share my "lockdown silver linings list".
I encourage you to do the same.
Because by reflecting on the "silver linings", we can choose what changes to make in our lives going forward - so we can retain some of the "silver linings" of lockdown.
