This is the premier episode of Living Welderly with Positivity, which explores the idea that age is just a number. There is not much we can do regarding the chronological aging process. We are literally "Changing By Design" chronologically. Some studies suggest that our biological aging can be adjusted, and it involves getting out of our comfort zones. Let's not assume that because we are over 50, 60, 70, 80, or even 90, we're too old to do this, that, or the other.
