Justin Baldoni, plays Raphael on Jane the Virgin, first of all, would LOVE to do a rampage of appreciation on the entire of work of art that is Jane the Virgin, however, it would be full of spoilers as River Song says.

She said that Tom has that "thing" when it came to interviewing. So...I Typed in 'YouTube', then ImpactTheory and in the midst of all of the Thumbnails... and the fact that I wanted to hear some feminine smackdown - there was the face of @LillySingh . Clicked that beautiful triangle into another Dimension and there they were. That "thing" that was talked about above, is how Tom sets the stage for the guest to show up in their greatest light. His introductions are intoxicating, and, especially in the interview w/Lilly (I know with all my heart that I will know you personally, Lilly - wow could we have a most way [Awe]some conversation).
