I'm not one to hypnotize children - only because I'm not around many just yet. But I've been asked by my hypnosis course students, many of whom are moms, whether or not it's ok to hypnotize children, what the best age is, and how they will react to hypnosis.

So I decided to get an expert on this subject. I really couldn't have gotten a better one than Gerald Hughes, who supports children, teens, and adults struggling with dyslexia, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
