Yoga was the first place I found peace of mind on a regular basis. It was originally meant for my body to work on my strength and flexibility, but then soon became a way to find stillness and slow down my racing mind.
This week I am so excited to have Tamara Teragawa on the podcast! A master yogi and soon to be holistic health practitioner, she is filled with so much wisdom and is a fellow dancer committed to following her intuition. Our conversation is FILLED with so much from the hardest thing about doing yoga as a dancer to why you should float in salt water for an hour.
