#15 - Stacie Riffert - President of Empowered Leadership & my big sister!

Stacie is the president of Empowered Leadership. She is a certified business & executive coach, trainer and speaker. She believes that you can be both a successful business leader AND have the time to show up for the people and things that matter most in your life. Stacie specializes in helping business leaders remove stressors, manufacture more time, empower their teams and generate more revenue to enable them to live their best life.

Prior to starting her coaching practice, Stacie was a successful executive in the food and beverage industry. Over a two-decade career at PepsiCo she led large operational teams as the General Manager of a 135 person sales and distribution office and was the National Sales Director leading the strategic direction of the $150 million Target account. During her time there, she received the prestigious PepsiCo President’s Ring of Honor award and was recognized as a Top Woman in Grocery by Progressive Grocer Magazine.

Stacie left that world to focus on her passion: building businesses and developing people. By applying proven best practices, she has enabled her clients to achieve double digit growth while reducing the stresses of business leadership.

Stacie holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from Boston University. She is an adjunct professor at Hiram College. Stacie serves on the board of directors for her local Chamber of Commerce and leads their Women in Networking committee. Stacie also volunteers as a coach with Girls on the Run and is part of the organizing committee for the Women Succeed conference.

Hailing from the Boston area, Stacie now resides in Aurora with her husband and two young daughters.
