Brad discusses the inevitability of injuries and the importance of focusing on rehabilitation and recovery to get back to the gym. After receiving an MRI, he was diagnosed with a level one SLAP tear and consulted with his physical therapist to outline a new fitness plan.

Brad explains how he's adapted his workout routine to focus primarily on leg exercises while incorporating new physical therapy movements for his shoulder. Despite the limitations, he remains optimistic about regaining his upper body strength once healed. He emphasizes the importance of adjusting calorie intake based on activity levels, using his Whoop device to monitor daily calorie burn and ensure he stays on track with his goals.
