I always teach this to my students, and it is the foundation stone of all psychic and mediumship work. I’ll be discussing how important it is to have an awareness of the power within and how you can slow down your mind & develop a deep friendship and relationship with that power; you can enter into the stillness, where impressions from your higher self, your subconscious mind, your soul self or the spirit world can be received and can manifest.
