The team also chat to Albert Johnson of Ross on Wye Cider and Perry Company, one of the real rising stars of the cider world. Plus, in this episode we have the return of our resident chef, Christian Gott, who cooks grilled lamb cutlets, new season potatoes, asparagus and a very special Béarnaise, one made with beer.
