This is a new term that one of my longtime listener friends said to me the other day that shook me. A tower moment is essentially when the foundation, or tower, of your life is coming down in a fiery and chaotic way. In this episode I discuss how to take these moments and not look at it as a punishment from the universe, but rather a blessing that's shifting your energy towards all the good things to come. ENJOY!
