This episode was inspired by a recent conversation between my sister and me where we were discussing the difference between being vulnerable and oversharing. In today's episode, I break down the differences between the two, and how to decide when to openly share with people.
The takeaway is that not everyone needs to know everything about us. In some cases, it's best to be careful with getting vulnerable because of the company we're in. Not everyone in our life is going to be receptive to our vulnerability. It's entirely possible to be an authentic person while still maintaining a sense of privacy.
