Welcome back, Welcome back. I remember singing this in the 70s. Today I say this in my recovery. Recovery means walking again. Living again. Feeling again. Welcome back all the many things I traded away. To feel again, love again to being loved again. Trusting again, being trusted again. Knowing better means making better decisions and getting better outcomes. More rewards and less consequences. Recovery means never having to live the miserable existence caused by addiction. Gone are those consequences from bad , horrible decisions. Gone is that grey,dark world of no feelings, no light,no path,no dreams, no future, no hope. Welcome back to living. Recovery is a decision to live and not die. With recovery, I choose to live again. Welcome back, Welcome back, Welcome back.
