In this episode of the Agent-to-Agent series of the show, I speak with Byron Mims, who is based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Byron is a licensed Realtor in both North and South Carolina and has called the Charlotte area home for over a decade. Originally from Texas, he developed a deep affection for his current hometown of Charlotte. The decision to relocate in 2011, after a lifetime in Texas, was a pivotal one for Byron and his family.
As a Realtor, Byron prioritizes people, striving to cultivate trusting and enduring relationships that enable him to better serve his clients. He believes that strong relationships are the foundation for understanding his clients' wants, needs, and desires thoroughly, thereby positioning him as a more effective advisor for their real estate aspirations. Byron takes pride in his intimate knowledge of Charlotte and its offerings.
