We catch up with Bill and Jacqueline a couple of weeks before they release their latest study into the gig economy and it's relevance for the hotel sector.
This is the 3rd gig economy study they have conducted. The previous 2 studies were either side of the pandemic and we speak a little about what those highlighted.
We also touch on the big warning light that this study has flagged up. Something that has been blamed on the pandemic, maybe unfairly.
