Juliana Burton is a good friend of mine who has consistently inspired me with her steadfast work ethic, strength, and ambition. At just 25 years old, Juliana is a senior financial analyst for Intel and on the board of directors for the Network of Intel African Americans. Here, we talk about her experience hosting a TED style talk, about trying to find the line between that hard work and exhaustion, and about the long-term perspective it takes to seek out lasting change on larger and heavier issues like social reform.
