Kristen and I met through yoga and she helped me embark on my adventure last year. I really value her experience and what she has to say. Over the past several years she’s transitioned from a career in business analytics at companies like Safeway and Sephora to an exciting new journey as an executive and life coach and yoga instructor. Here, we talk a bit about Kristen’s experience of making such a big switch, all while balancing a handful of heavy responsibilities that included being in charge of a newly formed team at a successful company, having a mortgage, and new kids. Likewise we talk about this new adventure of hers, what it means to be a coach and the mindset it requires to make leaps towards a better life.
