Greetings, Leaders.

Many of us are experiencing struggles in life.

Wisdom can be our greatest asset in discovering purpose in our struggles.

Wisdom is the ability to gain a new perspective and make the right choices.

Two new seller leaders shared the situations encountered during their first year and their discoveries.

"In my new role, so much is happening at once, learning so much every single day. Remember, every day; I make mistakes; I ask questions, use my best judgment, try to take action." New Seller Leader

"I will probably make mistakes but continue asking the right people, and I will not hold back." New Seller Leader

1. When facing uncertainty, continue practicing patience with yourself while doing your best in the moment, day by day.
2. Do not allow our emotions to dictate our interpretation or response to situations.
3. Exercise the learning and training provided during the first stage of your journey.

I will apply these insights from the two new seller leaders.

Recognize that struggles in life will come; our responsibility is how we respond.

Our view of the circumstances will affect our responses. When we face the battles of life on our journey, consider it all joy, knowing that the challenges are testing our faith.

"Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance."

Be encouraged because there is good news for us today!

We can emerge victoriously from the struggles if we rely on the unshakable faith and expect the outcomes when we practice these steps our new seller leaders discovered.

Patience.

Exercising patience helps us understand that the struggles will not last forever—their purpose is to refine our character and prepare us for more extraordinary things.

When we act on the insights that point out needed change with resolve in exhibiting the proper response, the results are transforming.

Don't dwell on the struggle. It only magnifies the problem and diminishes your impact as a leader.

Set your mind to respond in a manner that is in keeping with the leader you are and envision becoming.

Recognize that you are not alone in your struggle. Engage and help others as you walk.

Now is the time to persevere and lead in faith.

Perseverance.

Please keep going despite the circumstances and outlook. Great leaders embrace endurance to win a threefold victory when they emerge from the struggle.

1. Personal fulfillment.

2. Increased capacity to serve and the ability to lead positively.

3. More significant influence and credibility as a leader.

Practice.

Please continue and faithfully prepare yourself during times of setbacks, changes, delays, and defeat because your new opportunities will eventually appear. Everything you need will come at just the right time.

Acquire new skills, expand your vision, extend your reach, and exercise your faith. Say to yourself, "When the time is right, I am prepared and ready!"
