Relaxing Nature Sounds

Picture yourself sitting in a back garden in the English countryside. Birds swoop through the trees and down through the flowers. A light wind blows moving wind chimes every so often. Relax and close your eyes. Let the sounds of the countryside pull away your anxiety. Focus on the soothing sound of nature. Your heart rate slows. Everything is calm and serene.

Why I made this soundscape:

My friend Josh has a back garden in Brighton. The last few times I’ve talked to him, he’s always been trying to get some precious few hours of sun in that garden. It’s almost like at any moment a rain cloud might happen by and spoil his back garden time. So, this one’s for Josh. When it gets cold outside he can put this on, turn up the electric heater, and pretend it’s summer in his garden.
