Noonday Collection was featured in Inc. magazine’s 2015 list of the 5,000 fastest growing companies in America at number 45. Jessica won the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year for central Texas in 2017.

Jessica is also host of The Going Scared Podcast, a multi-faceted show for the multi-passionate person with a focus on courage and social impact. Her first book Imperfect Courage was released in August 2018.
