Welcome back to Stairway to Redemption. My guest this week is Caity, (different Caity from Katie in the episode on relapse and who is also featured in the round table episode, it was bound to happen a some point Katie is a way too common name lool). Caity and I met in the rooms of AA but one day we ran into each other at the gym. Knowing we both share a passion for fitness led me to want to know more about her. Boy I had no idea she had a long sobriety (she will be celebrating 9 years as this episode is released). Those who have listened to the podcast before know that I don't pay much attention to day count but it is still impressive to see a young person who has a long sobriety time.
