It's National Recovery Month and the Start Healing Project is celebrating with stories of hope and resilience through recovery from substance use. In each episode, we'll be asking our guests what recovery means to them. This week we talk with Kay who is in long-term recovery for Substance Use Disorder. Kay candidly shares her determined journey of recovery in the face of stigma and her message that anyone with Substance Use Disorder and/or Mental Health challenges is worthy of understanding and support.
