Teresa Howe of TRH Consulting has worked in the relocation and real estate industry for over 30 years. She managed multiple business lines for a multi-state region for Coldwell Banker Realty (NRT) until 2017. She then became the VP of Business Development at Pacific Union International, a large California brokerage. After a year there, Pacific Union was subsequently sold to Compass. After two layoffs within two years and some soul-searching, she started her consulting firm in 2020. By addressing pain points and focusing on problem resolution, she helps companies generate new sources of revenue, improve customer service, and grow their customer base through strategic business development. She uses her experience to help people overcome the challenges she faced during her career.
