Dr. Sturdevent focuses on geriatric research and shares with us her climb up the career ladder. She started as a CNA, transitioned to LPN, the RN, followed by bachelor's of nursing, then master's of nursing, and eventually earning her Ph.D. She also shares her thoughts on leadership and being 'self-reflective.'
