Jamy emphasized that we need to understand others and see points of views other than our own.

He is also a former college basketball coach and was the athletics director at Indiana University at Kokomo. He talks about the world of sports opening up after Covid, the future of sports, athletes transferring, and why the sports industry is so exciting.

Jamy and Brandon also have a conversation about the importance of coaches developing strong connections with their athletes. They explored whether coaches can win and build relationships at the same time.
