Hey there surfers and beachgoers! Ready to catch some waves and soak up the sun? Well, hang ten and listen up because I've got the scoop on the surf forecast for today and tomorrow.
Let's start with Malibu Coast and Los Angeles County Beaches:
Today, expect a low rip current risk, with surf heights ranging from 1 to 3 feet. No thunderstorms on the horizon, and water temperatures are between 57 to 68 degrees. Tides will vary throughout the day, so plan your surfing accordingly. Looks like a west swell is rolling in.
Ventura County Beaches are reporting a moderate rip current risk today, with surf heights ranging from 2 to 4 feet and local sets up to 5 feet. Water temperatures are nice and cozy between 63 to 65 degrees. Keep an eye out for that west swell!
Moving on to Santa Barbara County Southwestern and Southeastern Coast:
Both areas are experiencing a low rip current risk today, with surf heights from 1 to 3 feet. Water temperatures are between 61 to 63 degrees. Tides will be shifting, so make sure to check before heading out. Get ready to ride that west swell!
And last but certainly not least, we have San Luis Obispo County Beaches and Santa Barbara Central Coast Beaches:
Today, the surf heights range from 3 to 6 feet. Water temperatures are a bit cooler at 52 to 54 degrees. Keep an eye out for the mixed west swell and south swell making waves.
For tomorrow, expect some bigger waves at Northwest Facing Beaches with 6 to 9 feet, and Southwest Facing Beaches with 4 to 7 feet. No thunderstorms in sight, just more of that west swell to look forward to.
Remember to stay safe out there, keep an eye out for those rip currents, and most importantly, have a blast catching those waves! This has been a Quiet Please Studios audio creation with the help of AI. Please subscribe and never miss a Swell! Thank you for listening.
