• H.E. Gillian Martin, Minister for Energy and the Environment, Scotland
• H.E. Mariam Bent Mohammed Saeed Almheiri, Minister of Climate Change and Environment, the United Arab Emirates

The panel took place following the speech and dialogue with Minister Almeiri and is moderated by Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson, Chairman of Arctic Circle and former President of Iceland.

This event originally took place at the 2023 Arctic Circle Assembly.
