Stuck in survival
When a system is stuck in survival its main focus is to get out of danger ❌
It’s a system that perceives most experiences as dangerous or threatening.
It takes a significant amount of energy to be in this state.
A huge amount of life force.
This is often a system that is energetically, emotionally and minerally depleted.
A system that is not supported enough to step out of the survival state and begin to bring back balance.
