This week, Steve and Craig talk with production manager and sound engineer Ryan Nichols. Ryan is a long-time Everything brother, starting with mixing our shows in the early days at JMU, and through our entire journey to big stages and complex production rigs. We talk about the odd language that we created in our 'tribe,' the practical aspects of putting on shows, and how Ryan (who happens to be an Eagle Scout) helped us in innumerable ways on the road. After (e:), Ryan went on to work with DMB, as their first live recording engineer, and then with Switchfoot, as their FOH and production manager. It was a heartfelt and informational POCKET.
